Registration PolicyPQT Services Company offers General NDT Level I and Level II training in Radiography (RT), Ultrasonics (UT), Magnetic Particle (MT), Liquid Penetrant (PT), Eddy Current (ET), and Visual Testing (VT) methods. Initial training is also offered for Radiation Safety personnel, Radiographers, Assistant Radiographers and Radiation Safety Officers (RSO) in Greenville, South Carolina and several other major cities on a regular schedule throughout the year. Click here for a Registration Form. You may register online or by mail. To register for a course, complete the registration and submit payment (credit card, check or purchase order) to PQT Services Company at least three (3) weeks prior to the first day of the scheduled course date. Other arrangements may be made in advance when approved in writing by PQT Services Company Fees include textbooks, handout materials, training quizzes, final written general examination, Continuing Education Units (CEU) registration and course certificate. A course registration may be rescheduled, canceled or postponed without penalty to the registrant when written notice of such request for rescheduling, cancellation, or postponement is received by PQT Services Company within three (3) business days of the first day of the registered course schedule date. In the event PQT Services Company reschedules, cancels or postpones a course, a minimum of seven (7) days notification will be provided and a full refund or credit will be issued.
