We also offer in-person training, with proposals available upon request. Our training personnel can provide both general and specialized training to meet specific employer requirements in accordance with company procedures and/or Codes and Standards, such as ASME, AWS, ASTM and NAVSEA Technical Publication T9074-AS-GIB-010/271.

Specific training to meet code, specification, or client requirements is available; proposals are provided upon request.

Quizzes are used throughout all training courses to assess comprehension for each major section of training. Successful course completion is based on satisfactory attendance and a course completion examination score of at least 70%. A training certificate provides a record of training in the method for the number of hours given by the instructor.

NDT Level I courses are designed to train individuals in the basic theory and practices of the method. There are no training or preparation requirements for students.

NDT Level II courses are designed for individuals who have successfully completed an NDT Level I course or equivalent. On-the-job experience in the method may enhance the value of this training course, but is not a prerequisite.

Initial Radiation Safety and refresher training for Radiation Workers, Radiographers and Radiation Safety Officers (RSO) is regularly scheduled and offered in-house upon request. PQT Services’ radiation safety training comply with training requirements specified in U.S. NRC and Agreement State radiation control regulations.
